  • NOTE: Our events and programmes are geared for Jewish students studying in Brighton and area. 
    We are generally unable to accommodate tourists or visitors. For more information or for non-students who wish to enquire about attending our Seders, please use the contact form here.

    Our annual Pesach Seders are always a wonderful celebration, blending tradition with good food and good company.

    There is no official charge to attend our Seders, though donations can be made at chabadsussex.org/donate

    The First Seder, on the first night of Pesach, will be on Wednesday 1st April.

    Our First Seder will begin with a light pre-Pesach starter 6:45-7:15PM followed by Candle lighting at 7:15PM.  This will be followed bySeder Intro, social interval and evening service, with the actual Seder commencing at 8:15PM. . Main course will be served at approximately 10:30PM, and the joyful singing continues until 12:00AM.

    We will also be hosting a 2nd Seder at on Thursday 2nd April, which will begin with Candle Lighting at 8:25PM.

  • NOTE: Much of our Pesach cooking is with nut oils. (Walnut and/or hazelnut). If you have a nut allergy, please ensure we know about it, so we can cater for you safely.

  • Students: We will be serving a hot Kosher-for-Pesach dinner each evening throughout the Pesach week.
